What is meant by NCC service?
NCC stands for “Rental with Driver.” The service is related to non-scheduled public transportation such as cab. This service is regulated by Article 85 of the Highway Code.
What kind of cars do you use to deliver the service?
We only use luxurious and comfortable cars to deliver the service. Our car fleet consists of Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes S-Class, BMW 5-series, BMW 7-series, Mercedes GLE and Mercedes Van.
Since the car fleet is always being updated, we can also use similar cars but of the same class.
Can I choose the car model?
Sure! When booking, you can choose the car model. The reservation is indicated by the model name or similar. This means that the car may be the same as the one you select or one in the same class. This is because our fleet of cars is always being updated.

How can I make payment for your NCC service?
You can make payment in several ways:
Online if you book through the tool on the nccbooking.limoexperienceitaly.com page. In that case you can pay by credit card or PayPal
If the reservation is made by phone you can pay either in advance by credit card or PayPal through links we will send you on the email, by SMS or WhatsApp or in the car by credit card
Can I receive an invoice for the NCC service I booked?
Sure, just indicate your billing information during the purchase process.
Can I request your service for a transfer to a foreign country?
Sure, you can request our service to move outside of Italy as well.
Where will I meet the driver?
When booking, you will indicate the meeting place. You will be asked for this online if you book through the booking tool (indicating the exact location in “departure location”) or over the phone if you make your booking by phone. At the agreed upon location our driver will be waiting for you with a sign where your name is indicated (e.g., if meeting at the airport) or he will call you at the number indicated during booking.
At the airport where will I meet the driver?
The driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrivals hall.
